The developers did not include an updated TS manual, or any manual for that matter since the original manual was written and researched by somebody the developers didn't like, thus, it was removed from the 3.0 installation.
If you have any good suggestions, or fixes for the manual, I would love to give you credit for your contribution.
Also, I'm letting you, my friends and player base, add in the Contender G2 and Skorpian weapons to the manual, do your research right, and I'll add it in giving credit for your contribution!
